Regular air travelers are predominantly interested in punctuality & reliability, safety and security, excellent price-quality ratios, flight schedules, booking facilities, loyalty programmes and onboard catering. For them it is obvious that the airline is customer focused, operates a safe aircraft and employs an experienced, well trained and friendly cockpit and cabin crew.

 

In general passengers are not familiar with the invisible procedures and rules an airline has to comply with to bring them to that altitude. Most probably they are not interested in Air Operator Certificates, licensed maintenance engineers, branding and advertising, IATA regulations, government relations, air traffic control, sales agencies, e-services, brokers, Operations Control Center…… and the list goes on.
